At Affiliated we are currently expanding our Management Consultant Practice and are seeking a talented Management Consultant.   The ideal Management Consultant will have a technical background with solid Project Management and Business Analysts skills. The candidate that we are looking for will have experience managing teams in a very dynamic environment and must be team oriented and be able to work with others in a positive manner.

Job Description:

Provide Project Management for Affiliated Internal and External engagements.

• Effectively communicate project status information in a timely manner to Affiliated Management and Client.
• Be well organized. Maintain a list of action items, TO DOs, project deliverables and work them to completion. (Note: don’t just watch them come and go – escalate if not going to be complete, request follow us prior to due dates, etc)
• Provide Manage multiple projects / activities at the same time.

• Must have experience managing multiple Third Party Vendors, Internal and External resources to achieve a common goal.

Business Analysts services for Affiliated Internal and External engagements.

• Posess good writing skills. Examples include user documentation, business case, and requirements
• Ability to document business process flows and recommend improvements / changes based on project scope.

CRM experience.

• Prefer to have Microsoft CRM installation and configuration experience. Other non-Microsoft CRM products acceptable.
• Ability to document business process flows and recommend improvements / changes based on project scope.
