Affiliated is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager who can not only demonstrate working knowledge of project management methodology and SDLC, but who also has knowledge of program management. In addition Affiliated is looking for a project manager who can accomplish the following:
· Transition planning
· Manage medium to large projects
· Can communicate with all levels of management and business partners
· Financial Management
· Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within in budget and meets all standards set forth
· Work with Visio flow diagrams
· Work with other vendors and contractors
· Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
· Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
· Effectively apply project management methodology and enforces project standards
· Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
· Minimize exposure and risk on project
· Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
· Analyze project profitability, revenue, margin, and utilization
