- Worked with the executive staff of a specialty medical practice to develop and implement a technology strategy that improved the organization’s practice and the quality of life for the physicians. The strategic plan covered improving how the radiologists worked, the workstations they used, how they accessed the healthcare systems they supported, and how they communicated with each other, their referring physicians, and their patients. The implemented plan improved radiologists access to and use of efficient technology as well as providing a 7/24 support structure that worked with the various vendors and integrated third party health care systems to help keep the physicians focus on patient care.
