Created new web presence for a growing city that allowed the city to manage all content and features on the community website including many applications that supported citizen self service applications that could be accessed and used 24 ours a day.  The site provided all community members with better information about their community, events, and access to leaders.  The site also provided a better presence for economic development as it represented a progressive, growing, business friendly conduit for organizations looking to grow or potentially relocate to that community.

Evaluated and Implemented an ERP solution for a process manufacturer that provided multi-plant company wide visibility over the manufacturing processes, reducing the order to delivery time for customers.

Integrated the warehouse management systems for a pharmaceutical distributor acquired competitor to meet management’s expectation of eliminating the acquired companies inventory systems within 90days of purchase date.
