  Whether you are an end-user, administrator, consultant, or developer working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, this group is meant for you.  During this kick-off event, we will not only be featuring 2 great Microsoft Dynamics CRM speakers but we will also kick-off the planning and organization of our new CRM user group; we need YOU to help make it a success!  This group will be owned and managed by users with support from Microsoft and local Dynamics CRM Partners. We are seeking members, group leaders, and supporting partners.

Kirill Tatarinov is the corporate vice president of Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) at Microsoft Corp. and oversees the MBS business, with responsibility for sales and marketing, R&D and operations. MBS develops and markets the line of Microsoft Dynamics products that manage financial, customer relationship and supply chain management functions for organizations of all sizes.

Before heading MBS, Tatarinov led the Management and Solutions Division at Microsoft, where he was in charge of the Microsoft Windows management technologies and products, including Microsoft System Center, Systems Management Server, Microsoft Operations Manager and Microsoft Application Center, as well as Windows Server solutions, including Microsoft Small Business Server.

In January 2002, Computerworld named Tatarinov one of the business world's 2002 Premier 100 IT Leaders. This award honors individuals who have had a positive impact on their organizations through the use of technology. 
Chet Kloss is pre-sales technology specialist covering the CRM & XRM product set for the Heartland Area. He works with Microsoft sales people as well as partners in this four-state area comprised of Michigan, Ohio Kentucky, and Tennessee.

Kloss brings to his position more than 25 years of management, sales, and technology experience. Prior roles with the company include; technology specialist manager for Heartland EPG, sales manager for the Automotive and Industrial Equipment vertical, interim General Manager for Heartland SMS&P, and Central Region Business Manager for SMS&P.

He joined Microsoft in June of 1999 as a senior developer technology specialist, responsible for managing developer relationships and tools sales with Heartland EPG customers and partners.

Prior to Microsoft, Kloss was the founder and senior developer for several software companies which specialized in the development of programs which targeted the Microsoft platform. His primary customers were Ford Motor Company, Microsoft, and Revlon. Kloss has also developed solutions using artificial intelligence (AI) software for Pacific Bell and the US government.

Kloss is a technology advisor to a number of churches in the Archdiocese of Southeast Michigan . He is also involved in the Crohns and Colitis foundation of Michigan.

Kloss holds a B.A. and a P.B.A. in Architecture at the University of Detroit. He currently resides in Livonia, Mich.
