CRM Implementation Specialist

Affiliated, a Microsoft Gold Partner is looking to expand and strengthen our Microsoft CRM Practice and we are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 years of Dynamics CRM Implementation experience, technical and functional knowledge and a full understanding of all aspects of software development life cycle to join our team in the Columbus Ohio area, this is a fulltime position. Some travel to surrounding states (25%-40%) may be required, all expenses will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities include: Managing CRM related work with customers, gathering business requirements, scope refinement, detail designs and client training.

This CRM Implementer will customize CRM screens, including producing JavaScript extensions, design and implement workflows for the project, workflows will range from Case Escalations process, Sales Processes and other client required workflow processes.
