Project Manager

Affiliated is seeking a Project Manager able to work on internal and external engagements. The candidate will be able to:

• Effectively communicate project status information in a timely manner to Affiliated Management and Client.
• Be well organized. Maintain a list of action items, TO DOs, project deliverables and work them to completion.
• Manage multiple projects / activities at the same time.
• Business Analysts services for Affiliated internal and external engagements.
• Able to document technical requirements, business cases, and business requirements.
• Ability to document business process flows and recommend improvements / changes based on project scope.

The ideal candidate will be a Management Consultant with a technical background with solid Project Management and Business Analysts skills. The candidate we are looking for will have experience managing teams in a very dynamic environment. Must be team oriented and be able to work with others a positive manner.

Requirements:

• Skilled in diplomacy and tact.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Presents a positive and professional image
• Must be able to quickly change gears as the environment frequently changes direction and focus
• Microsoft and telephony background a plus
• MS project a plus
• Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skill
• Must be able to motivate people in a positive manner
• Passionate about best practices
