Meet The Team

Mike is the co-founder and president of Affiliated, a cybersecurity, IT compliance, and IT Managed Services company based in Columbus, Ohio. With more than 30+ years of business technology consulting experience, Mike leads Affiliated's company-wide strategy, marketing, and corporate development activities. He has a proven track record for successfully helping organizations align their business and technology goals and then identify and implement technology-based solutions that increase operational efficiencies, improve customer experience, and drive more profitable revenue.

Greg is a founding member of Affiliated and is VP of IT Delivery for our Managed Services Department. His 31 years of experience in IT includes software development and implementation, staff development and mentorship, and infrastructure project management of projects ranging from $10K to $10MM. Greg has vast experience in the Healthcare, Logistics, Industrial, and State Government sectors and holds PMP certification. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and concerts.

Megan is a dedicated customer service professional with more than 16 years of management experience including 5 years of manufacturing, supply chain, and operations experience. She prides herself on being highly organized with a keen eye for detail and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Megan spearheads Affiliated’s support of the Columbus Ohio Humane Society.

David helps growing companies by using technology and resources to identify and solve business issues that drive bottom-line results. As a solution-driven strategist, he works with organizations to identify client needs, illuminate potential risks, and direct them to the solutions that will support them best. He is a trusted IT industry expert and customer advocate with a consultative approach to every client interaction. David loves golf and is a rabid college football fan.

Eric helps growing companies use technology and IT resources to identify and solve business issues that tackle ongoing cybersecurity threats and regulatory and compliance requirements, streamlining their IT operations to drive bottom-line results. Outside of work, Eric is a doting dad of two, a musician investing efforts into writing and creating music in his home studio or passionately cheering for his beloved Buckeyes.

David is a former opera singer who's turned his passion and creativity towards helping clients navigate their daily IT needs and collaborate with them to build a strategic plan for the long haul so that their tech environment helps propel their growth as much as they do.

Jim Scartz is an accomplished, goal-driven business development leader with over 20 years of experience driving success through startup ventures and high-growth business cycles. He has a proven track record of building and sustaining strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering high-impact solutions. Jim brings a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership in sales, marketing, operational management, and process improvement.

Jim lives in Dublin, Ohio, with his wife and children.

Robin wears many hats at Affiliated. She is responsible for the implementation of all marketing communications, including lead generation and lead conversion systems, management of lists in CRM, and social media. Robin also handles Human Resources & Recruiting for Affiliated. She is an avid golfer, frequent world traveler, and doting grandmother.

KC is Affiliated's Support Team Manager. He has more than eleven years of experience in managing IT Support Teams and is responsible for overall client user satisfaction. KC started with Affiliated as a Support Engineer, earning his way into this role. He holds several critical technical certifications, including Microsoft Cloud Specialist, Datto, and Dell. When not at work, KC enjoys golfing or spending time with his family.
